There are no excused absences without a doctor’s note or written notification. Students must notify instructors and coordinator of all absences by email prior to absence.
Each individual student should have no more than three (3) absences [twelve (12) classroom hours] from classroom lectures at the times designated: 6pm to 10pm.
Absences totaling more than three (3) [twelve (12) classroom hours] may result in termination of enrollment to the course without refund to the student.
Students with more than twenty-four (24) classroom hours missed will be terminated from the Pharmacy Technology program at Training Institute, Fresno City College, without refund to the student, as they have not completed the minimum number of hours required for passing.
